Program Description: This grant program helps recruit and support outstanding PhD graduate students in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) fields. Block grants are awarded to institutions for the purpose of providing at least 20 fellowships to PhD graduate students.
Eligibility: Full-time faculty, deans and academic administrators at West Virginia University and Marshall University are eligible.
