Program Description: This grant program supports large, STEM-focused (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) research projects that may lead to the creation of research centers and economic development. Projects should assist the institution in its ability to successfully compete for external funding on a national and international basis by providing incentives to significantly increase research capacity. Eligibility: Full-time faculty or research professors at all four-year institutions of higher education in West Virginia are eligible.
Award Information: Cost reimbursable grant, up to $1.3 million over five years
