The timeline for proposal submission is as follows:

November 9, 2012 – All pre-proposals must be submitted to the NASA WV Space Grant Consortium via e-mail (Cordwell@nasa.wvu.edu).

November 13, 2012 – Principal Investigators will be notified as to which two pre-proposals have been selected and will be given final instructions and budget constraints.

December 6, 2012 – For the two pre-proposals selected, completed proposals with all relevant signatures and certifications will be due to the NASA WV Space Grant Consortium office.
